Two polypropylene stabilizer bars run along each side of the hand, giving the brace structure and reducing unwanted sideways movement at the wrist. They flex enough for normal hand use — you can still type, carry a bag, or hold a cup — while limiting the motions that cause discomfort.

Does this fit both left and right hands?
Yes. The brace fits either hand — slide it on with the thumb support pointing toward your thumb.
Can I still use my hand normally while wearing it?
Yes. The brace limits painful movement at the wrist and thumb while keeping your fingers free. Most everyday tasks — typing, light gripping, holding items — remain possible.
What are the PP stabilizer bars for?
The dual polypropylene bars run along each side of the hand. They give the brace structure and reduce sideways wobble at the wrist, while remaining flexible enough for normal hand movement.
How tight should I wear it?
Snug enough to feel supported, not so tight that circulation is restricted. The velcro straps let you adjust wrist and thumb tightness separately. Loosen if you notice tingling or numbness.
How do I clean it?
Hand wash with mild soap and air dry. Avoid machine washing or high heat to preserve the velcro and the PP stabilizer inserts.
