The Problem
Floor exercises stop challenging you — until you add resistance
Standard Pilates moves and floor exercises are great — until they get too easy. Without resistance, your inner thighs, core, and hips barely have to work. The Pilates ring adds a firm squeeze-resistance that forces those muscles to actually engage, turning basic moves into genuinely effective training.
How It Works
Place it, squeeze it, feel the difference
Design & Comfort
Padded foam handles on both sides
Most exercises use the ring on the inside of the thighs or hands — so there's a foam pad on the inside. But the ring also has a second foam pad on the outside, so you can flip the exercise (pushing out instead of squeezing in) to work the outer hips and abductors. Both pads are smooth, firm, and comfortable against skin through workout clothing.
Exercises
Works across Pilates, yoga & home training
This ring fits into a wide range of movement styles — classic Pilates mat work, strength-focused home routines, and yoga flow. It's especially useful for inner thigh squeezes, glute bridges, clam shells, seated hip-width holds, and core stability exercises. If the exercise involves pressing two body parts toward or away from each other, this ring belongs in it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions
What exercises can I do with this ring?
It works for inner thigh squeezes, glute bridges, clam shells, seated core holds, arm-squeeze exercises, and hip-flexor work — essentially any Pilates or floor exercise that involves pressing two body parts toward or away from each other.
How is it different from a resistance band?
A resistance band stretches; this ring pushes back with consistent spring pressure. That steady resistance forces slow, controlled squeezes — which is exactly the kind of muscle engagement Pilates is built around.
Do I need a Pilates class to use it?
Not at all. Place it between your inner thighs or hands during any floor routine and squeeze — it's that intuitive. Plenty of users add it to yoga flows, bodyweight circuits, and simple daily stretching sessions.
Is the foam padding comfortable?
Yes — both pads are smooth and firm. They feel comfortable against skin through workout clothing, and they won't dig in or shift during a set.
Does it come ready to use?
Yes. The ring arrives fully assembled with both handles attached. Take it out of the box and start your workout.
