The Workout
One Tool, Four Exercises, Zero Equipment
Gym memberships, bulky machines, long commutes to a fitness center — you don't need any of it. This resistance band trainer with foot pedals lets you knock out rows, sit-up pulls, shoulder presses, and leg stretches from your living-room floor. Sit down, slip your feet into the stirrups, grab the T-bar, and pull. That's the whole setup.

Build & Design
Durable Enough to Use Every Day
The resistance band trainer is built to hold up through daily sessions. The T-shaped handlebar has a foam-padded grip so your hands don't slip mid-pull. The stirrup foot pedals are wide and stable — secure enough to actually let you push and pull with effort. The elastic bands themselves are thick, uniform tubes designed to stretch without snapping.
Color Options
Pick the One That Keeps You Motivated
Available in Blue, Pink, and Purple — same band, same resistance, same durability. Choose the color that fits your space and keeps you coming back. All three versions are identical in function; the only difference is the color.

FAQ
Common Questions
What muscles does this work?
The band hits your core during sit-up rows, hamstrings and hips during leg stretches, shoulders during pressing moves, and biceps/triceps during arm pulls. It's a genuine full-body workout with one piece of equipment.
Do I need to be on the floor, or can I use a chair?
Both work. The floor is best for sit-up rows and leg stretches. For shoulder and arm exercises, sitting in a chair with the pedals in front of you is a good alternative — especially if getting up and down is harder on some days.
How durable is the resistance band?
The band is described by the manufacturer as durable (slitstark) and designed for regular daily use. The elastic tubes are thick and uniform to resist snapping. Like any resistance band, avoid sharp edges or overextending past the natural range of motion.
Are all three colors the same resistance level?
Yes. Blue, Pink, and Purple are identical in design, construction, and resistance. Color is purely a personal preference — there is no difference in difficulty between the three options.
What comes in the box?
One resistance band trainer with the T-shaped handlebar, elastic resistance tubes, and dual foot stirrups — everything you need to start working out right away. No additional accessories or weights required.
