A clear honeycomb-textured gel pad sits under the forefoot, a flexible arch bridge supports the midfoot, and a dedicated gel pad cushions the heel. The whole top layer is perforated silicone-backed fabric, so air can move instead of getting trapped against your foot.

Seen from the side, the insole isn't flat — it's molded with a raised heel cup and a contoured arch, so the cushioning sits where your foot actually lands from heel-strike through to push-off, not just in one spot.
