How It Works
Raised arch that fills the gap between foot and shoe
The raised section under the arch gently lifts the mid-foot, filling the space that most factory insoles skip entirely. This helps spread pressure more evenly across the sole so the heel and ball of the foot don't carry all the load on their own. The TPU heel cup adds structure at the back while the gel pad softens impact — the result is a foot that feels more supported from heel to toe, not just cushioned.

Trim to fit — works in almost any shoe
Each insole has size guide lines printed on the underside, so you can trim it down to fit shoes that run a little shorter. This makes it easy to use in casual sneakers, loafers, or closed-toe work shoes without the insole bunching up at the toe. The full-length design means the whole foot gets support, not just the heel.
Construction
A shaped platform, not a flat cushion
Seen from the side, the difference from a flat factory insole is easy to spot: the mid-foot section rises into a contoured arch and the back drops into a deep heel cup. The rigid TPU platform under the arch is there to hold that shape under body weight rather than flatten out, and the gel pad sits directly beneath the heel strike point. The mesh top layer stays soft against the foot while the structure underneath carries the load.

Will these fit inside my shoes without making them too tight?
These insoles are designed to replace or sit on top of the thin factory insole that comes in most shoes. If your shoes feel snug, remove the existing insole first and replace it with this one. The added height of the arch support is modest — most people find it comfortable after a short break-in period.
How do I know which size to choose?
Choose EU 35-40 for US Women's 5–9.5 (US Men's 3.5–7.5) and EU 40-46 for US Women's 9.5–13.5 (US Men's 7.5–12.5). If you are between sizes, size up. You can always trim the toe area using the printed guide lines on the underside to get a precise fit.
Can I use these in athletic or running shoes?
These insoles work best in everyday shoes, work shoes, and casual sneakers. They are full-length with a structured arch, which works well for walking and all-day standing. For high-impact running or sport use, a sport-specific insole may be a better fit.
How do I clean them?
Remove the insoles from your shoes and wipe them down with a damp cloth. Allow to air dry completely before putting them back. Do not machine wash or use heat to dry.
What's the difference between these and regular cushioned insoles?
