Do I use this on wet or dry feet?
Use it on dry feet only. Applying the device to wet or damp skin is less effective and not recommended. For best results, work on clean, fully dry heels and foot pads before or after a shower.
How long does a charge last?
A full charge provides enough runtime for multiple foot care sessions. Exact battery life depends on how long each session is, but the USB charging makes it easy to top up between uses. The USB charging cable is included in the box.
When do I need to replace the sanding discs?
Replace a disc when it no longer feels abrasive or when it starts to look worn and smooth. The kit includes 5 discs to get you started. Replacement discs use a standard size and can be sourced separately once the included set is used up.
Is it safe to use every day?
For most people, 1-2 sessions per week is enough to keep feet feeling smooth. Overdoing it can over-buff the skin and make it more sensitive. If skin becomes red or tender, take a break for a few days. Do not use on broken, irritated, or inflamed skin. If you have circulatory concerns or diabetes, check with your healthcare provider before use.
Can I use it anywhere other than my feet?
This device is designed for use on feet — specifically heels, balls, and toes where rough skin tends to build up. It is not intended for use on other body parts, on the face, or on soft areas of skin. Keep it to tough, thick-skinned areas only.
