The insoles are made from a cushioned foam that holds its shape through daily wear. These insoles work in most closed-toe shoes — everyday sneakers, athletic shoes, and work shoes. They fit best in shoes with a removable factory insole.
Can I trim them to fit my shoes?
Yes. If you're between sizes or your shoe runs narrow, trim the toe end with scissors. Use your old insole as a cutting guide to get the right shape.
How do I put them in?
Remove the factory insole from your shoe, then slide these in with the heel cup at the back. No adhesive needed — the weight of your foot holds them in place.
What are they made of?
The top surface is a breathable fabric layer for comfort. Beneath it is a supportive foam core that holds the arch shape. The bottom has a grip layer to prevent shifting inside the shoe.
