How It Works
Compression and a Strap That Locks In Where It Counts
The elastic body conforms to the ankle's natural shape, delivering consistent compression from all sides. A separate velcro pressure strap runs across the top of the joint — pull it tighter for more support, loosen it for a lighter hold. The gray V-shaped reinforcement panels on the outer shell guide the strap's tension to the areas that bear the most load during movement, keeping the joint centered rather than letting it drift.

This brace is anatomically shaped for either the left or right ankle — select the side that matches the ankle you're supporting. For size, choose based on your ankle circumference and foot size: M for smaller feet, L for medium, XL for larger feet. If you're between sizes, size up for a more comfortable fit over the ankle bone.

Common Questions
Can I wear this inside my regular shoes?
Yes. The low-profile open-heel, open-toe design is built to fit inside most athletic shoes, sneakers, and lace-up work boots. You may want to go up half a shoe size if space is tight.
Why does it come in Left and Right versions?
The brace is anatomically contoured to the shape of each ankle. A left-specific brace sits correctly on a left ankle (and vice versa), so the strap and reinforcement panels line up where they provide the most benefit.
How tight should I wear the pressure strap?
Snug enough that the ankle feels held, but not so tight that it cuts off circulation or causes numbness. Start loose, then adjust. You should be able to comfortably flex your foot up and down.
Can I wear it during sports and exercise?
Yes. The elastic construction moves with your foot during walking, jogging, and lateral activities. It's also suitable for standing jobs or long days on your feet.
How do I clean it?
Hand wash in cool water with mild soap, then air dry flat. Avoid machine washing and tumble drying to preserve the elastic and velcro closure.
