How It Works
The Gel Follows Your Heel, Not Your Shoe
The soft gel pad is built into the sleeve itself, sitting on the inside of the heel panel. Because it's part of the sock, it moves with your foot — from the hallway floor at home, into your shoes, and back out again — instead of sliding around inside your shoe the way a loose heel cup can.
