If you drive at night and find yourself squinting every time a car comes the other way, you're not imagining things — glare from modern LED and HID headlights scatters across the lens of the eye, washing out contrast and making it harder to judge the edge of the road. Wet pavement, fog, and rain make it worse. These night vision driving glasses cut through that scatter, letting you see road markings and lane edges more clearly without swapping out your prescription glasses.
How It Works
Yellow Lenses That Filter the Harsh Stuff
The amber-yellow polycarbonate lenses block scattered blue-spectrum light — the wavelength that causes the most visual discomfort from oncoming traffic and wet reflections. What gets through is warmer, higher-contrast light that makes lane markings pop and roadside details easier to read. The lenses carry UV protection and are sized to provide full wraparound coverage, including from the sides where stray light typically sneaks in.

These glasses are built to wear on top of your regular prescription frames — no clip, no magnet, no fumbling. The wide interior cavity accommodates most standard adult eyeglass frames. Open the temples, slide them on over your existing glasses, and you're ready. They're lightweight enough to wear for long highway stretches, and the wraparound frame blocks stray light from above and the sides as well as the front.

Will these fit over my prescription glasses?
They're designed to fit over standard adult prescription frames. The interior measures 150 × 46 mm, which accommodates most regular glasses. Frames that are unusually large or thick may not sit comfortably inside.
Do the yellow lenses actually help with night driving?
Yellow-tinted lenses filter scattered blue-spectrum light from oncoming headlights, which can sharpen your perception of road markings and lane edges. Many drivers find them helpful on rainy or foggy nights when reflections are most intense.
Can I use them in the daytime too?
They can be worn during the day in low-light conditions like overcast skies or heavy fog. For bright sunny days, a traditional polarized sunglass is a better fit — the yellow tint isn't designed to block bright sunlight.
How do I put them on?
Simply open the temples (ear arms) and slide the glasses over your existing frames, just like you'd put on a regular pair of sunglasses. They should sit snugly without any clips or attachments. Remove by lifting gently from both temples.
How do I clean the lenses?
Wipe with a soft microfiber cloth. Avoid paper towels or rough materials that can scratch the lens surface. Use a mild lens-cleaning solution if needed — avoid strong solvents or alcohol-based cleaners.
