The belt uses a non-slip, wear-resistant fabric that grips in place without digging in. Dual hook-and-loop straps let you tighten or loosen compression on the go. At 3.5 in (9 cm) wide it spreads pressure across a broad band, and the slim profile disappears under a T-shirt, uniform, or casual wear.
Fit and Sizing
Measure at your hip bones, go up if between sizes
Measure around your hips at the widest point, roughly at hip-bone level. The three sizes cover hips from 24 to 51 inches. If between sizes, choose the larger for more adjustment range.

Common questions
How do I pick the right size?
Measure around the widest part of your hips. The 110 cm fits 62 to 100 cm (24 to 40 in), the 120 cm fits 80 to 115 cm (31 to 45 in), and the 140 cm fits 95 to 130 cm (37 to 51 in). Between sizes, go up for more adjustment range.
Where exactly should I place it?
Position it where you feel the discomfort most. Wear it lower around the hip bones for pelvic support, or slightly higher for lower-back coverage. You can adjust while wearing it without taking it off.
Will it show under my clothes?
The 3.5 in (9 cm) width and flat profile make it easy to wear under most clothing including T-shirts, scrubs, and jeans. It sits against the body without bunching.
Can I wear it all day?
It is designed for all-day wear during walks, standing, and daily tasks. Start with a few hours to get used to the compression level, then wear it longer as comfortable. Remove it when resting.
How do I wash it?
Hand wash in cold water with mild soap. Fasten the hook-and-loop straps before washing so they do not snag the fabric. Air dry flat.
