The bottom layer uses a multi-zone 4D foam construction with air channels punched throughout. When your heel strikes down, that foam compresses and rebounds — absorbing the impact before it travels up your leg. The raised zones under the arch and ball of the foot keep your foot in a naturally supported position throughout your gait cycle. You'll notice the difference most on hard floors, long walks, and days when you're constantly on the move.

These insoles drop straight into any shoe — sneakers, work boots, loafers, casual shoes — and because they're trimmable along guide lines, you get a clean fit even if your shoe size falls between our listed ranges. What shoe sizes do these insoles fit?
They come in 8 size ranges covering US Women's 5 through Men's 15.5+ (EU 35–50). Each size is also trimmable using the printed guide lines, so you can fine-tune the fit if your shoe runs slightly small inside.
Will these fit inside my existing shoes?
Yes. Drop them in mesh-side up. If your shoe already has a thick stock insole, remove it first so the fit isn't too tight. They work in sneakers, casual shoes, work boots, and most lace-up footwear.
How do I trim them to size?
Hold the insole inside your shoe sole to check the fit, then cut along the printed dotted lines using standard household scissors. Trim a little at a time to avoid over-cutting.
How do I clean them?
Hand wash with mild soap and lukewarm water. Let them air-dry flat — do not machine wash or tumble dry as heat can affect the foam structure.
Are these sold as a pair?
