The camera is built right into the metal rod, just behind the silicone tip. It streams HD-quality video directly to your phone over WiFi — no cables needed. You get a clear, real-time picture of the ear canal on your phone screen, so every movement is guided by what you actually see. The device works with a companion app (Android and iOS compatible).
The Tip
Soft silicone — easy on the ear canal
The cleaning tip is made from soft silicone shaped to feel comfortable in the ear. Unlike rigid tools, the flexible silicone tip bends slightly with movement, reducing the chance of discomfort. Six replacement tips are included, so you can swap them out when needed and always start with a fresh one. The compact storage case keeps everything organized when you're not using it.

Is the silicone tip safe to use in the ear?
The soft silicone tip is designed for gentle contact with ear canal skin. It's flexible and smooth. Always insert gently and stop if you feel discomfort. This tool is for general ear hygiene, not for use if you have ear pain, an ear infection, or a perforated eardrum — consult a doctor first in those situations.
How do I charge the device?
Charge via the included USB-C cable. A full charge provides enough battery for multiple cleaning sessions.
How often should I replace the silicone tips?
Six replacement tips are included in the box. Swap out the tip whenever it shows wear or after extended use to keep things hygienic. Replacement tip packs are also available separately.
Can I use this for children?
This tool is designed for adult use. If you need to clean a child's ears, consult a pediatrician or ENT specialist for guidance appropriate to their age and ear size.
