How do I know if I need a left or right brace?
Choose the hand you want to support — left brace for your left wrist, right brace for your right wrist. The thumb cutout and strap layout are mirror-imaged to fit naturally on each hand.
Can I wear this all day?
Yes, the brace is designed for extended wear. The velcro straps let you adjust the tightness to your comfort level, so you can wear it through work, chores, or rest without it feeling overly restrictive.
Can I remove the metal stay?
Yes. The metal splint stay slides into a built-in sleeve and can be removed at any time — for washing the brace, or if you prefer a softer level of support during light activities.
How do I wash it?
Remove the metal stay first, then hand wash the fabric brace with mild soap and cool water. Let it air dry completely before using again. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
